The Whole-Time Director of our Company and is responsible for developing and implementing the Company’s sales strategy and targets, to set individuals and team KPIs and monitor performance and to build and maintain relationships with OEMs. She is also responsible for profitability, credit to customers and collections. She holds a degree of diploma in secretarial practice from New Delhi D.M.C.A. Institute for Secretarial Services, New Delhi. Prior to joining our Company, she was associated with Raba Contel (P) Limited, Odin Computers India Limited, Iris Computers Limited and Ivalue Infosolutions Private Limited. She has over 29 years of experience in IT sector. Further, she has been associated with our Company since May 2009.

The Chief Executive Officer of our Company is responsible for translating the board’s vision into actionable strategies. Build and maintain relationships with OEMs. Identify new business opportunities and market expansion into new regions or product categories. Further he holds a Bachelor of Science from Panjab University, Chandigarh and a diploma in Marketing & Sales Management from Bharatiya Vidya Bhavan, Mumbai. Prior to joining our Company, he was associated with Data Management Systems, ORG Systems, Tata Consultancy Services, Dell International Services India Private Limited (previously known as Dell India Private Limited), IBM India Private Limited and Microsoft Corporation (India) Private Limited. He has been associated with our Company since March, 2026. Further, he has over 32 years of experience.

The Whole-Time Director of our Company and is responsible for achieving revenue targets, identify new markets, segments and growth opportunities. Lead, train and manage the sales team and analyze sales data and forecasts to drive decision-making and close major deals and contracts. An. He passed bachelor’s degree in arts from University of Delhi and completed a certificate course in computing from Indira Gandhi National Open University, New Delhi. Prior to joining our Company, he was associated with Iris Computers Limited and Tech Data Advanced Solutions (India) Pvt. Ltd. He has over 24 years of experience in IT sector. He has been associated with our Company since October 2020.

The Chief Financial Officer of our Company, and is responsible for managing all financial planning, overseeing financials reporting, audits and compliance with regulations, monitor cash flow, ensure tax compliance and timely filing of financial documents, to manage relationships with banks and auditors, and provide financial insights to support strategic decision-making. Further, he passed bachelor’s degree in commerce from University of Delhi and has also passed the master of business administration degree from Sikkim Manipal University. Prior to joining our Company, he was associated with IICE Technologies Limited, CRM Services India Private Limited and Aithent Technologies Private Limited. He has been associated with our Company since February 01, 2016. Further, he has over 20 years of experience.

The general manager-operations of our Company and is responsible for operations, procurement & logistics, evaluation of customers for giving credit, oversee collections and execution of orders. Further, he passed the bachelors of commerce degree from University of Delhi. Prior to joining our Company, he was associated with Iris Computers Limited. He has been associated with our Company since February 2023. Further, he has over 19 years of experience.

The group business manager of our Company and is responsible for expanding the OEM portfolio through prospective and new partnerships and product lines that contribute to improved margins and overall profitability. Review, train and guide all the products managers to achieve the Company’s revenue goals. Further, he passed the bachelor of science degree from D.R. B.R. Ambedkar University, Agra and holds a post graduate diploma in business management in marketing from Northen Institute for Integrated Learning in Management.
