Sanjiv Krishen is the Chairman and Managing Director of our Company, and he is responsible for the overall strategic direction of the Company. He holds a bachelor’s degree in engineering (honours) from The Birla Institute of Technology & Science, Pilani, Rajasthan. Previously, he was associated with companies including Jeraisy Computer Services, Ivalue Infosolutions Private Limited, Odin Computers India Limited and IBM World Trade Corporation. He has over fifty (50) years of experience in ICT distribution industry. Further, he has been associated with the Company since its incorporation.

Kamini Talwar is the Whole-Time Director of our Company, and she is responsible for developing and implementing the Company’s sales strategy and building and maintaining relationships with Technology Brands and Channel Partners. She holds a degree of diploma in secretarial practice from New Delhi D.M.C.A. Institute for Secretarial Services, New Delhi. Previously, she was associated with companies including Raba Contel (P) Limited, Odin Computers India Limited and Ivalue Infosolutions Private Limited. She has over forty-one (41) years of experience in ICT distribution industry. Further, she has been associated with our Company since May 2009.

Pankaj Dhingra is the Whole-Time Director of our Company, and he is responsible for identifying new markets, segments, and growth opportunities. He has passed bachelor’s in arts examination from University of Delhi. Previously, he was associated with Iris Computers Limited and Tech Data Advanced Solutions (India) Private Limited. He has over twenty-four (24) years of experience in IT sector. He has been associated with our Company since October 2020.

Sameer Chaudhary is an Independent Director of our Company. He holds a bachelor’s degree in electronics and communications engineering from Mangalore University, Karnataka and a master’s degree in business administration from Lucknow University, Uttar Pradesh. Previously, he was associated with Iris Computers Limited and Hitachi Systems India Private Limited. He has over nineteen (19) years of experience in IT sector. He has been associated with our Company since March 2026.

Manu Awasthy is an Independent Director of our Company. He holds a bachelor’s degree in arts from Lucknow University and post graduate diploma in Business management from Institute of Productivity & Management, Meerut. He was previously associated with IIFL Wealth Prime Limited. He has over fourteen (14) years of experience in wealth management. In addition to being on the board of our Company he currently serves as a Director in Centricity Wealth Tech Private Limited. He has been associated with our Company since April 2026.

Megha Rautela Bisht is an Independent Director of our Company. She holds a bachelor’s degree in commerce from University of Delhi. She is also a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountant of India. Previously, she was associated with Total Business Solutions India Private Limited and Shahi Apparel Private Limited. She has over fourteen (14) years of experience in accounts, taxation and finance. In addition to being on the Board of our Company, she is also associated with Tarun Khandari & Co LLP. She has been associated with our Company since March 2026.

Anil Sethi is the Chief Executive Officer of our Company, and is responsible for translating the Board’s vision into actionable strategies, building and maintaining relationships with Technology Brands, and identifying new business opportunities and market expansion into new regions or product categories. He holds a bachelor’s degree in science from Punjab University, Chandigarh and a diploma in marketing & sales management from Bharatiya Vidya Bhavan, Mumbai. Previously, he was associated with Data Management Systems, ORG Systems, Tata Consultancy Services, Dell International Services India Private Limited, IBM India Private Limited and Microsoft Corporation (India) Private Limited. He has been associated with our Company since January 07, 2026, however, he was appointed as a Chief Executive Officer with effect from March 03, 2026. Prasoon Kumar is the Chief Financial Officer of our Company and is responsible for leading the financial and accounts functions of the Company. He has passed bachelor’s examination in commerce from University of Delhi, and has passed the master of business administration examination from Sikkim Manipal University. Previously, he was associated with IICE Technologies Limited, CRM Services India Private Limited and Aithent Technologies Private Limited. He has been associated with our Company since February 01, 2016. He was appointed as the Chief Financial Officer with effect from March 3, 2026. He has over twenty (20) years of experience in the field of finance. During Fiscal 2026, he was paid a total remuneration of ₹ 3.62 million.

Yati Gupta is the Company Secretary appointed with effect from December 09, 2024, and has been designated as the Compliance Officer of our Company vide resolution dated January 07, 2026, and is responsible for ensuring corporate governance, secretarial and regulatory compliances in our Company. She is an associate member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India. She holds a bachelor’s degree in commerce from University of Delhi, post graduate diploma in business administration from Symbiosis Centre for Distance Learning (SCDL), Pune. and has also passed LL. B examination from Ch. Charan Singh University, Meerut. Previously, she was associated with P G N G & Associates, chartered accountants, Automat Industries Private Limited, Swadesh Green Infra Limited and Pradeep Chand Gupta & Co.
